Gerry Ignatius has over a decade of experience in building and managing software consulting services business. He has been deeply involved with strategy, marketing and business development. He has forged highly successful relationships with several companies in the private sector like Motorola, Abbot Laboratories, Manpower, Sun Microsystems, Harris Stratex Networks and several Government agencies like California Highway Patrol, California Energy Commission, California Victims Compensation Board, California Institute of Regenerative Medicine, California Department of General Services. He founded Kutir and since commencing operations, the company has been building a reputation as a reliable partner for software services.
Prior to his involvement with the software consulting business, Gerry held management level positions in MMTC, a multi-billion dollar international business. His experience is backed by an MBA from IUP, Pennsylvania where he topped the program and Management Degrees from FMS, University of Delhi and IIFT in India.

Bhanu Morampudi has over 16 years of experience in software development in various capacities, both in management and technology. He has worked for various industries and built several enterprise-grade applications. He also heads the engineering efforts for Kutir Technologies and is currently overseeing their Engineering and Training programs for cross-platform mobile and web applications. He is the creator of GitMobile, a mobile interface to the popular GitHub. He has led several training and mobile application development efforts for Kutir so far.
VP Business Development, Mobility Solutions
G.L. has thirty-two (32) years experience in sales, sales management, systems integration, business strategy, business development and support services for Global Accounts in North America markets with Motorola Solutions. G.L. has architected, sold and supported end-to-end wireless data solutions to the railroad, mass transit, manufacturing, courier, field service and energy vertical markets. These mobilized business solutions have included both custom and off-the-shelf mobile computing devices and applications that incorporate multiple wireless PAN, WLAN, WAN and GAN networks and have included custom application development tools. G.L. engages clients in a consultative manner to understand the business impact of client business issues; once the impact of business issues is understood, clients have the knowledge for choosing mobile solutions that improve business operations, that provide a positive mobile experience to the mobile worker and that improve customer satisfaction.

Brad MacKenzie brings 20 years of experience in Enterprise Software, Services and Mobile Applications development to the Kutir Mobility team. During his career Brad has worked with market leaders such as Business Objects, MySQL, Sun MicroSystems, and Oracle. As a result of the Motorola Solutions acquisition of RhoMobile, Brad spent time as a software solutions specialist for the mobile application development platform building ‘future proof’ mobile solutions for some of the world’s biggest brands. He gets excited helping customer’s extend their Enterprise systems by incorporating modern Smartphone features in easy to use applications that result in increased revenue and better customer satisfaction.

Business and Relationship Manager with proven business acumen; strong strategic capability, leadership and management experience; Highly Successful track record of managing departments and multi functional teams during 13 years in a highly competitive environment; Driven by challenge, excellent interpersonal and communications skills provide the ability to operate effectively at all levels and across all disciplines. She has developed relationships with the State of Michigan, State of Iowa, State of Minnesota , PASSHE ( Pennsylvania State of Higher Education ). She also manages relationships with large Staffing companies like Manpower and Harvey Nash.
VP Business Development
Mike Koch is based in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago Illinois. Prior to Kutir, Mike was with Motorola Solutions for 26 years where he specialized in developing fixed and mobile solutions for new and emerging markets. Mikes goals were always centered on helping customers achieve their business goals. During his tenure there, Mike held several key roles in Motorola, the last being the Business Development lead for the Energy & Utility markets. Prior to that role, Mike had been the Solution Architect for the Energy & Utility markets where he created an architectural framework and developed next generation products for enabling Smart Grid applications. Earlier in his career, Mike had been a wireless data Systems Engineer as well as the National Wireless Data Engineering Manager where he was responsible for the design and implementation of mobile data systems in North America.
Tommy has a proven track record in building successful products and top-notch organizations in the fast-paced technology industries. He has a strong background in engineering management, system architecture, product and process development. Tommy was the Founder and VP of Engineering for Accela, an enterprise software provider for government agencies. He managed a development team of 30 in the U.S. and 100 in China, combining the best talents on both shores. Before Accela, he founded eAppointment and developed an online appointment system for the service industries. Tommy had served as the Director of Engineering and Operations for various consulting, instrumentation, control system and multimedia companies. Earlier in his career, Tommy worked at Apple Computer and IBM, where he designed laptop computers, embedded systems and managed test engineering. He holds various patents in computer hardware and software. Tommy's education includes M.S. and B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
