| Gerry Ignatius |

Gerry Ignatius has over a decade
of experience in building and managing software consulting
services business. He has been deeply involved with strategy,
marketing and business development. He has forged highly successful
relationships with several companies in the private sector
like Motorola, Abbot Laboratories, Manpower, Sun Microsystems,
Harris Stratex Nedworks and several Government agencies like
California Highway Patrol, California Energy Commission, California
Victims Compensation Board, California Institute of Regenerative
Medicine, California Department of General Services. He founded
Kutir and since commencing operations, the company has been
building a reputation as a reliable partner for software services.
Prior to his involvement with the software consulting business,
Gerry held management level positions in MMTC, a multi-billion
dollar international business. His experience is backed by
an MBA from IUP, Pennsylvania where he topped the program and
Management Degrees from FMS, University of Delhi and IIFT in
India. |

| Tommy Tam |

Tommy has a proven
track record in building successful products and top-notch
organizations in the fast-paced technology industries. He has
a strong background in engineering management, system architecture,
product and process development. Tommy was the Founder and
VP of Engineering for Accela, an enterprise software provider
for government agencies. He managed a development team of 30
in the U.S. and 100 in China, combining the best talents on
both shores. Before Accela, he founded eAppointment and developed
an online appointment system for the service industries. Tommy
had served as the Director of Engineering and Operations for
various consulting, instrumentation, control system and multimedia
companies. Earlier in his career, Tommy worked at Apple Computer
and IBM, where he designed laptop computers, embedded systems
and managed test engineering. He holds various patents in computer
hardware and software. Tommy's education includes M.S. and
B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science
from Massachusetts Institute of Technology |

| Dr. Barbara Harsh |
| Management Strategist |
Dr. Harsh brings
with her extensive experience in acquisition integration, cross-functional
organizational mapping to achieve strategic teamwork, business
process fusion, decision processes and in building team buy-in
across the enterprise. She has a proven track record in brand-building,
innovative and integrated approaches that deliver new revenue
streams, new vertical and account penetration opportunities.
Prior to joining Kutir, Dr. Harsh owned her own Human Capital
consulting firm, SR-OD Partners. Dr. Harsh has served as Chair
of the Advisory Board for Revolution Workforce and OSITV. She
was the NW Executive Board Director for Women in Technology
(WITI). Her clients have included Fujitsu BPO, Equinox, Allergan,
Visiprise (now an SAP company), New Century Mortgage and TMP
Worldwide. Dr. Harsh is a Vietnam-era veteran, stationed at
the 130th Hospital in Heidelberg, Germany. |

Passionate about technology, Vishal Talreja has over 13 years
of experience building internet & mobile products and associated
services. He currently is a Director of Global Delivery at
Microsoft heading the global delivery strategy and implementation
for its Avenue A | Razorfish unit. He has worked with various
offshore-centric service companies such as Ness Technologies
(in the UK), Aztecosft and eTouch Systems (in the US). Vishal
comes from a Management Consulting background having worked
for Ernst &Young Consulting in Chicago and KPMG Consulting
in the Silicon Valley.
Vishal's mobile interests include network-aware mobile applications,
payment technologies and multi-client applications. He is extremely
entrepreneurial and continuously working on the next big idea.
