Written notification of Kutir’s EEO policy will
be sent to all subcontractors, vendors and suppliers, and
they will be requested to take appropriate action. |

A person will be appointed as a direct in charge of Equal
Employment Opportunity Programs and will have the primary
management responsibility for ensuring full compliance
with this policy. |

This will be communicated to all management employees
and well as to the appropriate employees and his identity
shall appear on all internal and external communications
on the Company's equal opportunity programs. |
