Our client is a U.S.-based global distributor and trader of commodity chemicals. With roots dating back almost 50 years, they have established a worldwide infrastructure with 29 offices in 15 countries on 4 continents, and another 46 owned or contracted chemical terminal locations.

The client’s core applications were built using Microsoft technologies. The database was SQL Server and they used Crystal Reports for reporting and analytics purposes. They were also planning to migrate to Navision. Our offshore team built a comprehensive reporting plan and over a period of 18 months built several complex reports, which provided tremendous insight into their operations and made them confident of moving to Navision ERP system. We also provided SQL design, development and administration support, during the course of engagement with this client.
