Project Lead- Kutir Corporation is seeking a Project Lead to be responsible for serving as a designated mentor for developers and team leads outside of the project team; drive projects to full customer satisfaction with no executive escalations; act as a strategic liaison and resource for stakeholders at multiple levels of management; draft preliminary project scope statements, create a project requirements baseline, provide scope management, create a work breakdown structure, and develop project resources, cost estimates, and schedules to meet established time lines; develop and update project plans, work assignments, and status reporting while ensuring detailed monitoring and control of all project work; lead all project meetings, ensure alignment and productivity of development teams from various groups, and actively participate in business meetings; identify and mitigate potential risks and resolve emerging issues; work actively with a wide range of cross-functional decision-makers and support teams as well as third party vendors and external business partners; effectively balance priorities and manage schedule changes to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; manage production releases, production support during the warranty period, and provide project management and release management support for two new systems; implement project management tasks and ensured compliance with International Standards Organization and Capability Maturity Model standards; lead mitigation strategy, systems analysis and design, development, and testing.
